Payment & Refund
We sell to private individuals (B2C) and to shops, offices, industry and wholesalers (B2B)
We deliver to all countries in Europe and accept Norwegian kroner (NOK), Euro (€), US dollar ($) and English pounds [£) as means of payment.
Most countries can pay with Klarna, or use credit cards via Klarna. We also offer PayPal and direct bank transfer (pay the order in your online bank and email us the receipt).
All payment solutions with us are a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and MasterCard / Eurocard. All card information is stored in accordance with the card companies’ regulations. When ordering, state the card number, expiry date and CVC code (three-digit number in the signature field on the back of the card).
Sfactor AS will refund the money within 30 days after the agreement on repayment was entered into.
When the right of withdrawal is used
If you wish to return your goods, we will refund the payment we received from you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by you as the buyer. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the item.
We will withhold the refund until we have received the item in return. You must return it or send the item without unnecessary delay, and in any case no later than 14 days after the day you notified us that you want to cancel the purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the deadline of 14 days has expired.
Items that cannot be returned
If the item has been used, the original packaging is damaged or if the item is missing the accompanying labels, manuals, instructions for use, etc., the return will not be approved and we will send the item back to you.
We wish to resolve any disputes amicably.
